Nicole Carrubba
Nicole Carrubba, Principal and Founder of Captivate Communications, has an extensive background in marketing communications, project management and product development. In addition to her experience in a variety of industries, Nicole has specific expertise in brand development, transformations and integrations and has been a driver of several companies’ newly acquired product portfolio integrations.
Nicole also has particularly strong expertise in the legal marketing profession. She possesses a deep knowledge base in how to position and sell to lawyers and law firms online, and has held senior positions at one of the most prestigious legal technology companies, prior to forming Captivate Communications. She has held several senior-level positions in major corporations, including Director of Product Marketing.
Nicole has her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an undergraduate degree in communications.

Jayme Soulati
Jayme Soulati joined Captivate Communications as Principal in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of broad experience in public relations, social media and marketing to a wide range of clients across industries, including legal. She blends public relations and social media with a keen strategist orientation and executes marketing public relations by alignment of business goals with communications strategy to influence positioning.
Jayme is also president of Soulati Media Inc., a marketing public relations and social media firm formed in 2002. In 1984, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Jayme launched her career in the profession in Chicago. Jayme’s clients are from a broad array of vertical markets and industries. In the legal sector, she represents a San Francisco personal injury law firm developing consumer education materials promoted via social media; she works with LexisNexis blending public relations with marketing to promote three legal technology business units in CRM, analytics and profitability and competitive intelligence. Since 2004, Jayme has represented an alternative health clinic and physician practice in Los Angeles that delivers specialty cardiovascular treatment. In addition, she has worked with a national corporate relocation company based in Chicago since 1996.
Jayme sits on the Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters Greater Dayton and chaired a fundraiser for Clothes That Work “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes.” She is a past president of the Publicity Club of Chicago and was a member of its board of directors for six years. She has received several professional recognition awards in addition to awards for client programs. Most notable are two Silver Trumpets from the Publicity Club of Chicago and first place from Chicago’s Social Service Communicators. Jayme graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.

Monica Rinkevich
Monica Rinkevich begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting, Principal at Captivate Communications has extensive hands-on senior level experience in operations, marketing, finance, strategic leadership, capital development and M&A management. She is recognized as a change agent with strengths in both strategic planning and tactical implementation, and is adept at streamlining processes, improving efficiency and using technology to serve business needs. Monica has held several high-level positions in major corporations, including Director of Market Planning and Director of Operations. With both domestic and international business familiarity, the breadth of her industry experiences includes legal, software, healthcare and real estate. She has extensive knowledge in product management, business operations, as well as both pre- and post-acquisition management.
Monica has also been a key business leader in a venture funded start-up company. There she was instrumental in growing the company, launching two complete software product lines and managing investment activities. In her career, Monica has also worked with three Fortune 500 companies, as well as a Japanese television station.
Monica holds a BA from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and a Masters of Business Administration from The Georgia Institute of Technology. She was an exchange student at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan and a U.S. Fulbright Scholar in South Korea.

Gwen Harley
Gwen Harley, Senior Consultant at Captivate Communications, has over 15 years marketing experience, including external messaging and media management, internal sales communications, and market planning and development.
Prior to joining Captivate Communications, Gwen held management positions at one of the leading legal technology companies, where she used her vast knowledge of the legal market to successfully promote online services to lawyers, law firms, corporate counsel and government agencies.
Gwen is a Phi Beta Kappa and holds her BA from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
